Dwinn-Shaffer & Company's Corporate Finance Division arranged an $8,000,000 factoring agreement for an Illinois-based electrical-general contractor with $100 million in annual revenues.  The agreement provides the borrower with increased working capital, improved cash flow, and the ability to bid larger contracts.
